I have 23 tickets from a car donated to kids car donations . I have obtained a copy of the release of liability, but that does not stop the tickets from coming to my address under my name. These tickets, not including late fees come out to $3,680. I am a retired grandmother living in fear that one day I will be pulled over and put in jail because I donated my car to a scam operation and owe a large fee.I have been to the DMV which tells me I am have done all I can do. I have sent copies of the tickets to Karskidsdonations - but they Have not stopped the flow of tickets coming to my home every other week.Most of the tickets are from the same address where he is parking illegal. I am tempted to drive to this address and take my car back. Will this car owner complain to the police with over $ 3600 in tickets received from his front door? Why haven’t they towed the car away?You just want to do good- and not suffer crazy consequences - life is tough enough !
