I purchased a product as a Christmas gift, expecting 3–5 day shipping as advertised. I received no shipping confirmation and only got a reply after contacting customer service. Although I was told it shipped on the 16th, it didn’t actually leave until the 22nd. The package arrived nearly a month later and did not match the description. There were no clear instructions, just non-English text on the packaging. Items were bubble-wrapped individually instead of boxed, key components were missing, colors were duplicated, and the colors and molds didn’t match what was shown online.
