I received no shipping confirmation and only got a reply after reaching out to the support team. Although I was informed it shipped on the 16th, it was actually dispatched on the 22nd. The package arrived nearly a month later and did not match the advertisement. There were no clear instructions, just non-English text on the packaging. The items were wrapped individually in bubble wrap instead of being boxed, some key items were missing, colors were repeated, and the colors and molds did not align with the website description.
