Signed up and waited for over 10 minutes on spot of the venue, never received the activation email. Had to reset my passwords instead to login. After logging in realised that the ninjia warrior offer doesn't apply to the venue we were at when the website doesn't specify selected venues clearly. By this time children has lost patiene. We had to requeue to pay full price and found out we missed the nearest slot, had to wait another 30min for the next slot. Thank you for nothing.
