I am completely devastated. I ordered a train set for my daughter a month before Christmas and checked the dispatch times, which indicated no issues with timely arrival. Yet here I am on Christmas Eve without my order! It's disgraceful that you claim to be a local company while your products are shipped from overseas. I would have been better off ordering elsewhere and actually receiving my item. I also reached out to this business twice but received no response! This is a shameful operation!
