Having ordered nearly $500 of toys (Order #85273 confirmed) for Christmas gifts we are so disappointed with the product, delivery and packing. Every box crushed including one with packing tape stuck to it as well and impossible to gift, especially to children. I cannot describe how angry and disappointed we are having just received our delivery.Tracking has shown that the delivery originated from somewhere in China??? not a Sydney warehouse as described on the website. I cannot say that I am now not really all that surprised. All our purchased items were packaged only in a plastic satchel and taped, no outer box, no protection or wrapping of any kind. I really doubt that it would have arrived any better EVEN if it had been despatched from Sydney, the one in Australia, and given to Australia Post directly.What can you possibly offer that can fix this disaster.Support an on line “Australian owned” business???? not likely to be this one again.
