I am completely devastated; I ordered a train set for my daughter a month before Christmas, and I checked the dispatch times, expecting no problems with timely delivery. Now, on Christmas Eve, I still don't have my order! It's disappointing that you present yourselves as a local company while your products are sourced from overseas. I would have been better off ordering from another platform at a lower price and actually receiving my items. I also reached out to the support team twice with no response! This is truly a shameful situation!
