Non-existent customer service...Applied for a refund within the window and as per the Terms & Conditions - I wrote via email to the order confirmation, as well as the online form on their website. It has not been responded to as at the time of writing, and I am left with a product I do not want. Their phone system is supposedly being upgraded, and is conveniently offline and has been for many weeks.In all fairness, they dispatched the item fairly quickly. However, do not expect any after care whatsoever. If the item is damaged in transit or pre-packing, good luck getting your money back!
