Product boxes arrived damaged but the outer shipping box was intact; this leads me to believe that the packaging for both model kits had been damaged before being sent to me, disappointing for a specialist retailer.No packing material was included within the package, annoying considering the £4.99 postage rate.When I raised this complaint with customer service the blame was pinned on royal mail. I followed up by sending the customer service representative pictures of the damaged product boxes alongside the intact shipment box and have had no response since.I've left ample time for response with Kidultverse's last correspondence to me being on the 26th of April.
