TL;DR: Good prices, bad shipping, average customer service. I've ordered from Kidultverse a few times now, and I'm sure their store is great and the staff are friendly, however I've never received a product packed correctly for shipping. Their refusal to use bubble wrap is fine, but they instead use slices of cardboard instead, and not nearly enough. My parcel arrived with 4 slices of cardboard, around 7cm x 40cm in size to "secure" the item, however the box was extremely rattly, and there was a good 3-4cm of air on each side of the item. There's a reason bubble wrap has been the industry standard for years, and clearly Kidultverse never got the memo. Last time I had a parcel come, the item was severely battered, and in fairness they did offer a replacement, however it took a little back and forth for them to just agree on refunding the postage, which is better overall for the environment and saves everyone time. Other times, and today, I was lucky enough to have my item come undamaged. I simply wish they would listen to feedback of collectors who want their items in pristine condition.
