Kiehl's sent me an offer of a free birthday gift with my next purchase. I placed an order KIE3230459, the free Everest gift had burst, I contacts Keihl's by email many times and was told they don't send replacements for damaged samples, which is disappointing to loyal customer. I escalated the complaint to Cedric Voix and had no response, very poor service and a lost loyal customer.
