I love Kiehls products, the creme de corps is the only body lotion I use. That's why I'm so disappointed to have had such a bad experience ordering from their website. I placed an order on 18/11/2024, received an email confirmation and received a shipment confirmation on 20/11/2024. I didn't receive any tracking information from a shipping company and have not yet received a parcel. On my Kiehl's account, the order shows as 'Completed' in my order history and when I click for more detail the status shows as 'Shipped' but when I clicked the tracking number the tracking status is 'Pending'. I sent a message to customer service on 1/12/2024 and have yet to receive a response beyond the confirmation of my message. Kiehl's, please look into where this parcel has ended up and why I haven't received any shipping information from the carrier... and please respond to my customer service ticket.
