I bought the laser hat in the 1st of Dec 2025. Reading reviews here I also was tricked by their 2 day postage service. They do have fine print due to busy take 10 days. We are way past that now. Not a fan of fine print tricks by companies. Now I have reached out and no replies. They are happy to keep sending spam emails to buy more stuff. In Australian dollars this has cost me over $2k. That’s not small money. You expect replies to emails, updates on postage or delays. Giving it one more day and will go through PayPal get my money back and buy the irestore hat like I should have. Stay away from this company Update: they did finally reach out say would cancel order. Then silence again. No answer as to when. Or how being paid. I just got money back through PayPal.
