I placed my order well in advance to receive a few items for an event. It has been TWO WEEKS with no updates or signs of my packages. This situation makes me feel like I’ve been scammed. I doubt I will receive my items anytime soon, if at all. I will never order from this service again and regret not spending my money elsewhere. Now, I have to cancel my plans for the event, and I can't even find a way to talk to a representative about this issue.
