order arrived a day early when I was away so sitting on the door step for up to 13 hours. called them and left message to call me back, they didn't.was informed at time of order some product my be frozen, not a problem but by the time I opened the box nothing frozen and temperature above ideal. therefore the goat which may have been frozen went in the bin. away to see if I can get a chargeback from credit card company. this could easily have been solved amicably if they had called me back., but as stated before, on multiple review sites, customer service is not a priority. guess who I won't be placing an other order with.Update... kfs have been in touch.
