In the UK, for over £100 you would expect a premium product with premium finishing and I am afraid this is not it. The collar lining is a shiny synthetic that looks very cheap on an outward facing section. I can understand internal linings being a cost saving, but something so front and centre has no place on such a premium good. The insulation thickness is insufficient to call it meaningfully padded. The jacket was covered in loose threads and unfinished ends to the extent that I would never have bought it if it were on the shelf.
Look widely online for the designs and you will see the same thing being sold at the appropriate price elsewhere.
It has also taken me, without exaggeration, 6 emails back and forth to get the return instructions, which is just not reasonable in my opinion.
