I ordered the Okino House Advent calendar, which arrived in the UK just in time for December. Most items have been of great quality and variety. I did experience an issue with two broken ceramic figures. I reached out to the service, mainly to inform them, and received a prompt response. I was offered a partial refund or an alternative item, which I chose to accept. I appreciate the swift response, and the customer service was excellent. However, I believe the packing needs improvement for fragile items. Despite this, the quality and detail are wonderful, and the house is a lovely keepsake for any fan. It is a bit pricey, but worth it in the end.
