If I could rate zero, I would. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation requires it as I received no support from customer service. I ordered a calendar in July, expecting it to ship in early November. It was sent on November 18th from the U.S. to Italy, which made timely delivery impossible. There were delays with the delivery company, and I still haven't received the package. I reached out multiple times, but aside from apologies, they provided no assistance or updates. I contacted the courier directly to find out the delay. Now, it’s December 3rd, and I still have not received my order. I will not be purchasing from them again.
