I decided to give the service another chance after last year's Advent calendar problems since they changed suppliers and adjusted their business strategy. I ordered the Sanrio Advent calendar in early September, expecting it to ship by late October/early November. Unfortunately, it wasn't shipped on time, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Initially, I was told it would ship at the beginning of the week, then before Sunday, and finally it shipped two days late. I appreciate their efforts to improve customer experience, but they still need to enhance communication regarding delays. It's now December 1st, and my package is stuck in transit. It could have arrived on time if shipped as promised. I'm disappointed again.
