I had a nightmare ordering the monthly box through a payment service. After the month ended, there was no dispatch. I contacted them, and they said they were still waiting on an item from Japan. Days passed with no updates, forcing me to open a dispute for a refund. They insisted I close the dispute to receive my refund, but I couldn't do that without making a payment for an item I never received. The payment service escalated the issue, and they eventually refunded me after 40 days. I have all the emails and have reported them for what felt like fraud. I will never order from them again!
