Order for an item was made on the 17th of November for a Christmas Stocking. It was sold as being shipped with '48 hour Royal Mail Delivery'. It is now the 20th of December, and it isn't even in the correct country, and alternative gifts have had to be sourced because of this quite frankly disgusting delay. Zero communication (not even an email stating there would be a delay, and an option to cancel), and seeing the combative nature of the 'business' owner on here responding to these reviews, I can see it's not an isolated case, and zero responsibility will be taken from their end. Avoid this company like a plague, especially if you are trying get a gift for someone. And before you offer the same response claiming the 1 star reviews are 'picking on small businesses', if those small businesses aren't capable of meeting promises without communication, or at least ensuring Christmas themed gifts are with paying customers before Christmas, you're not fit for purpose. Next time update your paying customers, and treat them with basic respect.
