While I haven’t received the advent calendar yet due to unavoidable delays, it’s clear that Raff has gone above and beyond to communicate expectations transparently and manage this challenging situation with grace.Running a small business is no small feat, and seeing the personal effort Raff has put into every detail—from designing the website to handling communications—shows how much care and heart go into this company. It’s disheartening to hear that some people have been harassing him over delays that are clearly outside of his control.Despite these challenges, Raff’s professionalism and thoughtful responses have stood out.
