UPDATE: You can cancel your order and get a refund. I did a charge back through Amex and kinda kawaii sent me an email stating that my order was canceled, which makes me think that they haven'th actually shipped these anywhere, as claimed in their prior emails. Beware!I also ordered a Sanrio House 24 Day Advent Calendar from Kinda Kawaii. I'm having all of the same issues as these other customers. It never arrived and the start date for using this Calendar has passed. I also requested a refund and got a generic reply saying they aren't obligated to give one—WRONG! You have rights as a consumer. They are legally obligated to give a refund for goods not delivered on time. I also started a charge back through Amex and have provided all of the pertinent information to support my case. What's the point in ordering an advent calendar you can't use as intended? I also have $200 tied up in this order and no time to get my daughter something else that is not the same basic chocolates every day until Christmas eve. Incredibly disappointed in this company and how they handled things. If you couldn't fulfill these orders, then you should have put a cap on the number of orders able to be realistically placed.
