I ordered from Kinda Kawaii on 2 July 2024 (Order KINDA#3792), but 4 months later, my order has still not been dispatched. Despite contacting the company multiple times, I’ve received very little support or communication.Initially, I sent an email asking about the delay, but I didn’t receive a response. I followed up again via email and through their website's online form, but unfortunately, these messages went unanswered as well. Eventually, I reached out via Instagram after seeing the company’s stories addressing complaints about advent calendar pre-orders. They responded quickly, assuring me they would "look into it." However, that was the last I heard from them. A few days ago, I sent another message to follow up, but once again, there’s been no response.Overall, I’m disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer service. It’s frustrating to pay for a product and be met with silence when asking for help, especially as it was not my first order with them. I hope they improve their communication and order fulfillment processes for other customers, but for now, I cannot recommend Kinda Kawaii.
