I made an order back in September. I had an issue. I contacted them and they resolved it sharpish. This is both an honest review and a response to the negatives getting bent out of shape over someone trying to resolve an issue out of their control. I had ordered a Totoro China tea cup. It didn’t arrive. This was frustrating. But instead of lashing out I messaged them and they followed it up. It still hadn’t arrived and they again replied and then finally solved the issue. They accepted the fault (not theirs) and were extremely apologetic. How many times have you complained and been granted 3 wishes from the big corporations? I guarantee you haven’t but because they have huge financial backing they can take the hit on freebies and refunds. If this is what happens when a small business tries to fix a big issue then it’s clear internet shopping isn’t for you, especially when the product also arrives from out of the country and out of the continent. It’s refreshing to be treated as a human and not an order number.
