Poor service from start to finish, they supplied a hire vehicle that was damaged inside but not mentioned on the delivery note. I was rushed by the guy who dropped off the car and was given no information as to what to do if I find something wrong with the vehicle. I gave the guy a lift to the train station as he was stuck then I get accused of damaging the window switch that was already damaged. I requested that they show me previous damage reports as I’m 100% certain this would prove the switch was already damaged but they have not responded. They are now trying to charge me £276 for something that I didn’t do and threatening extended legal action for something that could have been avoided. The dispute is still ongoing and will update in due course. Be very careful if using a hire car from as you will get stitched up at the end.
