Appalling customer service from this company. Two of the windows they put in need replacing under warranty and they don’t want to know. They deferred us for months saying the windows were on order and now they have cancelled two separate appointments for installation. Both times by email and once after they were meant to have arrived. And they still refuse to guarantee they will turn up on the next date we have been given.
