We have had rude and abrupt calls, demands to be at home when dates had been given that we were able to do, further abrupt calls, staff ignoring our request for an alternative date and frightening our neighbours by just knocking at their door of an evening. The whole experience has been traumatic, upsetting, disappointing and we are scared if we get a problem they will treat us in the same manner. They have not been a caring company, quite the opposite and we wanted to warn others to be very very careful if you think of using them in the future. We cannot and will not ever recommend them and would just warn others to be extremely careful.
