Very disappointed with customer service. We have been trying to obtain a refund from a deposit that we placed but out emails have been ignored and have not been able to get hold of the sales person. Have spoken to a number of people but have been given so many delaying excuses. There policy is that a refund should be with us within 2 weeks and still on the 8th day we have not received a call or any form of confirmation on when we will get our money back. They were very quick in taking the funds from our card, but not at all interested in confirming when we will get the funds back. We cannot comment on their product quality, but can confirm that you should consider very carefully when parting with your money. Unfortunately we have to tick a single star to get this review registered, but on customer service I would not even rate them.
