I was optimistic and highly engaged at the start. Then 2 things went wrong and I feel completely disengaged and disappointed.1. I was "identified" to have a talk with a senior coach and even though I knew it was an upsell, it was totally deflating. Not only was the cost exorbitant but it made me feel like the I had wasted my money on my initial outlay and that for a good chance of success, I would have to spend 5 times as much as my purchase price. I was also being told to abandon the 'get a ghost author' process that I was sold on, and pay more for the AI tool.2. The promised free holiday is anything but free and it a total waste of money. In fact it is a fraudulent rip off and I think borders on illegal. You need to pay money to activate, you cant see which hotels are available until you choose a location so you dont know if the hotels are in the part of the city you would like to stay at. It cost to change location and the hotels that are on offer are grossly overpriced. For example, hotels in Bali are being quoted as $100's of dollars but I know for a fact are less than NZD50. I actually went on to booking.com and I could book 3 months at one hotel for the price your "free holiday" is saying is 7 nights worth. I dont know how this is legal and being associated with such a rip off completely denigrates any integrity that I thought KPI had. I have been stopped in my tracks and based on the deflating nature of the senior coach call (to succeed you need to spend $15k) & the ridiculously & fraudulently overpriced FREE holiday. I will be surprised if:1. If this reviews isnt buried like most bad reviews areanyone reads this2. if read, anyone responds3. if someone responds, 4. that there is any form of customer recovery.
