The cost is a lot more than what is promised at the start. It covers programs but only in the light version, so you can't really do much with them unless you upgrade to the premium at a cost, and some of the other useful tools that every coach recommends eg Publisher rocket aren't included at all and need to be purchased at additional cost. You sign up, but then if you want coaching, you need to sign up to K-express at additional $15K. I guess I'm disappointed because I don't have those additional funds.
