There is no doubt that there is value in the program. My concern is in the future. This is an investment and as such one hopes for an ROI. I feel and "fear" that as newbies here trying to focus on the KPI business for which we signed up, there is a sense of the company overarching into a series of other directions that distract from the main core business. And that would be de-motivational. The struggle one has to constantly re-focus and navigate the "minefield" of Amazon Kindle Publishing. Particularly as Amazon is getting more and more strict and seems ready to chop off heads of aspiring authors. I need less emails and more concrete guidance. Thank you
