I am very pleased with my Knee+ experience. The positives so far have been:— Very good customer support. I accidentally bought 2 units but had no problem returning 1 for a refund— The build quality and packaging is impressive . The carry pouch is a nice bonus too. — Most importantly, the device actually works. I notice relief from soreness and pain after use. I’ve been using it daily and will continue to do so. It’s also easy to use. The one area I’d like to see improvement is how to use the device. Videos of how to position it on different body parts would be particularly useful. Overall, a very good experience and recommended!
