5* We couldn’t be happier with the service received by Kinetic. From our initial valuation from Matt, through to completion the whole team have been brilliant. Louis looked after our sale and kept us up to date with the interest our house was getting, progress with bookings, and potential buyers. In 6 weeks we had sold our home and was looking for our next home. Whilst we were viewing houses Jo kept in contact regularly to understand our position better so she could update our buyers, I think this is so important, I had full confidence that Jo was on top of everything, was listening to us and therefore able to set realistic timeframes for our buyers so they wasn’t forgotten about and left in the lurch, this must have made their buying experience much nicer. If only we had this with our purchase but unfortunately that was through a different estate agents. I must say the whole experience of buying and/or selling a house can be stressful but Jo and the team make life so much easier.
