Let me start this review by saying Kinetic is not an online agent!I cannot rate this company high enough, we have just sold and bought in just over 5 weeks from start to moving in.Why did I select Kinetic to sell our house?Unlike Purple bricks you are dealing with a company that has an office, the estate agents have local knowledge of the area, there is no upfront costs and like normal estates it’s “No sale no fee”.Unlike the other estate agents on Silver Street they can subsidise their selling fees, as working from Waddington they do not have city centre overheads.Lastly they offer something that no other estate agent in Lincoln offer.... by teaming up with Aerospace Virtual Tours they offer 3D mapping of your home and even more impressive is the “dolls house” visual representation, ( the buyer of our house hadn’t actually seen the house himself but due to the un-paralleled visual interpretation of our house he could walk through the house as if he was actually there).How have I found Kinetics service over the last 5 weeks, one word OUTSTANDING, from the moment Daryl sat down with us and explained the way forward to managing to organise professional photographs, 3D mapping as well as the EPC assessment within 2 days and impressively uploading all of this onto the internet within 24 hrs. The subsequent going live to selling the house was 2 1/2 days. Daryl was constantly offering advice and being local was able to recommend solicitors as well as surveyors for the new house, I have not come across this level of service before.During the sale and purchase both Daryl and Rob were fully engaged in assisting wherever possible and the twice weekly update on where we were in the sale is testament to their professionalism.I cannot fault Kinetic at all, if I had to give them a star rating out of 5 stars I would definitely say 5 stars, I can not recommend them enough. In the sale of our house I heard a few people say “ Kinetic, I’ve never heard of them” Well they should take heed, this relatively new kid on the block is the future to selling and buying homes, the wealth of experience that Daryl and Rob bring to the table and their keen attitude is a breath of fresh air in an environment where normal estate agents just want to take your money with minimum effort. Great job all at Kinetic and I will be recommending you to all my friends.
