Nobody responded to my original ticket. Then a couple days later i made a new ticket asking for a refund. They said it was past the 72 hour time frame for a refund. Still, nobody responded to my original ticket which was inquiring about how my server wasn’t even working. Absolute no help and then they say I can’t even receive a refund.
