WEBSITE EXPERIENCESetting up a server is easy and intuitive. Their UI and the way you navigate through the site is simple and understandable. Also purple. I'm a simple lad, I like that their primary colour is purple. SERVER EXPERIENCEOn a more serious note, however, their servers are also reliable and priced very reasonably. I've been using it to run my Minecraft server and it's easy to swap between modpacks using their backup system and modpack installer. Opping or de-opping folks, whitelisting, checking the console, editing configs, etc is all easy to access and do. They also have a new Instance thing that looks very useful but I've yet to personally try it.CUSTOMER SERVICE:With my current modpack it wasn't in their verified modpack list and I couldn't figure out how to import it either. I spent like two hours just struggling. I figured may as well ask support so I opened a chat and a human responded very quickly. (I like that they're committed to having real people help you, not some AI chat running you in circles) So we chatted and turns out the modpack was made very strangely and he spent over an hour figuring out how to get it to run because the modpack maker had mislabelled what version the pack was for. He had to go through the hundreds of mods and figure out which were client-side and which weren't. The entire time too he'd give me updates every once in a while so I knew he was still working on it. It's nice too because it felt like talking to another human, not like someone just reading off a script like some support chats can. (Talking to my internet provider support chat always feels like talking to a bot even when it's a person...) Overall very positive, I'm mainly bothering to write this review because I had such a positive experience getting help from support.
