King Capital NYC contacted me several times without my consent. I have never shared my personal details, do not own a business, and did not request any loan. In the past, another bank informed me that they received a loan request in my name, which they said came from King Capital. Fortunately, I stopped the loan from being opened. Unless they cooperate and delete my data, I will report the matter to the authorities for violation of GDPR.
