Great product, comfortable and looks very good. Awful customer experience. Missing parts on delivery after waiting for 4 months. When called the shop, instead of apologizing and sending it right away, they tried to sell me the parts!! Also, there is zero validation that I have received what I ordered. No confirmation it’s the type of firmness I asked for, no confirmation for the coating I paid for. No way to test it, no tracking of what has left the factory. When I said I got the soft firmness while I ordered the more firm pillows, I got in reply a template email asking me to wait for 6-8 weeks for the sofa’s material to be fully formed!
