We have had this tree for over 5 years and have loved it until now. Recently a section of 10 LEDs stopped lighting. I contacted King of Christmas expecting to be able to purchase a new string of lights out of warranty. They e-mailed me a form requiring photos. I spent hours photographing, transferring files, resizing and sending the photos and form. They then sent a e-mail saying they would not even try to help me unless I supplied an order number. Who keeps their order numbers after 5 years?! After more time wasted with their customer service representative on the phone he tells me that even with an order number they would not sell me any lights or parts after the warranty has expired. Would have been nice to know at the beginning. Nice tree but horrible after warranty support. Will never buy from them again.
