Extremely Disappointed--Avoid King of ChristmasReview by Anonymous UserI am beyond frustrated with my experience with King of Christmas. I purchased a tree, expecting a high quality product, only to find that the lights do not work. I spent hours taking videos of myself troubleshooting and trying to fix the issue, as per their instructions. After a week of back-and-forth, there is still no solution.To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. They refuse to let me speak to a manager or escalate the issue to the troubleshooting team. I have been left with a defective product and no resolution in sight.This experience has been a nightmare. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I will never buy from King of Christmas again and highly discourage others from wasting their money here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
