I ordered a set from the same collection (wreath, garland, and small tree) and all three had different shades of lighting and did not match at all - looked so bad at night to the point where my mother thought I bought them from all different places! No one could tell me why the lights were different, except that they “switch manufacturers all the time” and that they would waive a returns fee, as if this was so generous. I asked if I could reorder them to see if maybe the new batch would match one another and they said they wouldn’t honor the same price I previously paid (it was only $8 difference). 52, yes 52 minutes later the manager finally decided they would honor the $8 price difference and waive the returns fee, although they kept telling me over and over that it’s not their responsibility if I don’t like the hue of the lights, completely neglecting the fact that it wasn’t about me not liking them, it was about them not matching! I was going to order a $1200 tree from them next year to match the set and I will not be buying from them again. Hands down worst customer service I’ve received in a long time.
