Terrible, I ordered a tree, but cancelled it within an hour. I emailed them within an hour to cancel after I read some of their reviews, no response. I emailed another 3 times I did not hear anything. I called twice, it just rang and rang. I have to pay to return this thing I don't want. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever.
