We usually set up our tree early November. As soon as we put the tree together it was not lighting. We called troubleshooting and they send you a few hoops and photos needed and then 24-48 hours you think they are solving and sending replacement parts. A week later we get a box of tree pieces that are incorrect. Call back. Need another 24-48 hours to investigate. but , yep they screwed up so here we go again.Takes another few days to ship the box and lo and behold, we finally get it 12/18Now we are 3-4 weeks into this ordeal. And guess what. Does it work? Is it correct? No.So i called yesterday and they need, you guess it, 24-48 hours to investigate. I Call back today and they say give them another 24 hours. Well will they expedite shipping of parts ? “No we don’t do that.”So basically i need to buy a tree elsewhere in stock 7 days before Xmas, eat the money bc they take days and weeks to get things handled??
