Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER…

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY. OVERPRICED JUNK!! $1300 Tree arrived damaged, No Working Lights, tree looked nothing like photos as far as flocking either. Had to perform 5 tests, pictures and videos and took 7 calls to get customer service to approve refund and not charge a $175 return fee for their broken crap.To this day I am still waiting on a return label. It has been another week and 9 more calls. And umpteen emails. I was told I only needed the one (2) labels of the same for each box. Loaded the 2 large heavy boxes and took to Fed EX only to be told I in fact needed 2 different labels with separate tracking numbers. As I assumed. Still to date waiting for another label!!! You only get agents from another country and English language is not the best. AVOID ALL AT COST Today is another day, I’ll see if ai can get another label!!
