This operator is untrustworthy and has left me feeling taken advantage of. I was playing with a $200 bonus on a game and was supposed to receive $700 after the round. However, I got logged out at the end of the game. When I reached out to customer support, they started an investigation into my missing winnings, but then closed my account and seized my balance, including my deposits. They justified this by saying they had paid out previous withdrawals, which gave them the right to take my funds. I still haven't received my winnings from the $200 bonus round or any clarification on why it was labeled as “bonus abuse.” It seems I may have to pursue arbitration to get this questionable website to pay out the winnings I’ve earned.
