However, when I tried to redeem it, I was informed that my account was closed due to having multiple accounts. I explained the situation, and while they acknowledged it was a mistake and reactivated my account, they refused to let me redeem my winnings. They said I could make more purchases and redeem future wins, but it feels like a complete scam. If they recognize the mistake and reactivate the account, why wouldn't they honor the win? I didn't cheat; their system simply wouldn't allow me to correct the email for verification.
