This is the worst casino site I've ever encountered. I won £200 one night and watched my wins accumulate, but when I tried to withdraw, the process was marked as accepted. Later, I received an email saying my withdrawal was declined. When I checked my account, only £100 was left. After withdrawing that, I spoke with a representative who agreed I was owed another £100 and promised to send it. Days later, no payment arrived (the initial £100 did reach my bank). I emailed to ask about the missing amount, and they claimed my deposit had been credited to both accounts, which I never saw and can dispute with my bank statement. They insisted this was a discrepancy and said our conversation was repetitive. In my last chat, I mentioned reporting the issue, but I'm unsure who to contact. Very frustrating!
