However, when I attempted to withdraw, the process seemed accepted, but later I received an email stating my withdrawal was declined. When I checked my account, I found only £100 remaining. After withdrawing that amount, I chatted with a representative who confirmed I was owed another £100 and promised to send it to my account. Days passed without any payment (although the initial £100 did reach my bank). I emailed to inquire about the missing £100, and they claimed that my deposit had credited both accounts, which I never witnessed and can dispute with my bank statement. They insisted this was a discrepancy and said our conversation was becoming repetitive. In my last interaction, I mentioned I would report the issue, but I'm unsure to whom. Frustrating!
