I purchased a garden set in May, and when it arrived, the chairs and table were damaged and cracked. The delivery team gave me a replacement set from their stock on the van, telling me that it’s "pretty normal" for their sets to get damaged during shipping since they source them from overseas.A few weeks later, the furniture started to degrade , with the chairs splitting. I reached out to customer service, Laura was incredibly rude and patronizing. She was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue, even when I asked for someone to come out and inspect the table. My requests were ignored, and I was repeatedly told this was just "natural weathering of wood," despite the fact that the deterioration happened in just a couple of weeks. I’ve owned high-quality wooden garden furniture in the past that has lasted for years, so I know this isn’t typical wear and tear. The reason I bought this set was to get a larger garden table, and I’ve tried to resolve this issue in good faith with both Lee and Laura. However, my requests for a replacement set or an inspection have been declined, and they’ve only offered replacement chairs. And due to the failure of this, I have requested a full refund and collection of this not fit for purpose garden set which has been refused and I have had zero contact from them since.
